Hi View Inn & Suites

Had to stay near Hermosa Beach for the Christmas holiday and found this place. It's basically a hotel room sans the room service. Room was spacious and clean. There are a lot of places to go to around the area but you would need to drive. I would stay here again.

I’ve been traveling between London and Los Angeles and whenever I am looking for a lovely hotel in a beautiful community. This is my first choice walking distance to Manhattan Beach Boulevard cute super clean and a great location… all at a really great price. There is a beautiful walking path to either Hermosa or Manhattan Beach Boulevard!

A small family owned hotel business. The owners are so helpful and polite. Rooms are extra clean. Bathrooms stacked with soaps, face wash, even make up remover. Locations is 10/10. Price to quality is 10/10. Loving this place <3

I give this place 5 stars because it is definitely worth the price, safe, and gets the job done. The small couch in the room was pretty stained, otherwise mostly clean (bathroom seemed brand new). The woman at the desk was so nice and very helpful, but she seemingly runs the place herself so is not always there if you have an issue, and the phone number listed here didn't connect to the front desk at all. Housekeeping is very friendly and hepful as well. Location is okay, Manhattan Beach is very quiet, but it's a 20 minute walk through nice neighborhoods to get to the beach and small main street area next to the pier.

Wanted to stay a night in the south bay to end my week of vacation, and was looking for an inexpensive stay. I had read some mixed reviews about the Hi View, but gave it a try. So glad I did. When I checked in, the working manager was very nice, the check in process was very smooth. My room on the ground floor was close to the busy street, but this property has a barrier on the ground floor, to deflect most of the street noise. Think I paid about $85 for one night with a queen bed; room was a bit small, but more than adequate for one person. Bathroom was nicely styled, and clean. And the parking in their lot is free, whereas I noticed other hotels in the south bay tended to charge for parking. Good location, nice room, good upkeep, clean premises. My rating would be 4.5 stars, but really good rate for that area.

The woman working the front desk was insanely helpful. We were in the area way too early and she gave us a spot to hold our luggage so that we could go to the beach (which was very close by!) and assisted in giving us things to do after our checkout that was nearby since we weren’t familiar with the area. The rooms are extremely small though and outdated compared to the beauty of the bathroom attached. The location is very close to a busy street and our window opened up right to the street so it was a bit loud. We had no complaints with our stay though and check in was quick and easy as well as accommodating when asked!

It’s a great place to stay for a couple of nights. Location and prices are great as well. Establishment is clean and safe. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you’re in town for business or whatever I would recommend this place. The rooms are clean and dated. Showers have good pressure and have accommodating shampoo, conditioners and body wash. Thank you again for a wonderful and peaceful stay!
